Client Data Solutions Limited takes its responsibilities regarding privacy of customer information very seriously. This policy explains how we use any customer information and how we protect your privacy.

Why do we need customer information and how do we use it?

We store all the messages that are sent, including mobile telephone and the IP address of the computer where the message originated. These details will be made available to the authorities should the need arise.

We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

Abusive Text Messages

Please remember it is a criminal offence to send abusive SMS messages. Text messages can now be used as evidence by the police to prove harassment has taken place. Should you receive abusive texts you need to contact the Police in the first instance.

What security do we use to protect your information?

In order to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we also follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access to that information.

You will receive a text receipt for each code you receive and each anonymous text message you send, these cost £1.50 each, plus the usual operator rate.

Your Responsibilities

The activation code you are send should not be disclosed to anyone, you agree not to pass it on to anyone at anytime. You accept that whenever your mobile number and code combination is used to send a text message you will be charged £1.50.
